Two capture measures below are read separately and never combined. Recorded capture metadata identifies the retained artifact for a source: for the arXiv records that artifact is landing-page or abstract HTML, not a paper PDF, and a captured bytes posture records that Counterpedia retains those metadata-described bytes. That does not establish current delivery, a PDF or paper edition, original-host availability, an adjudicated SourceEdition, authenticity, truth, or admission. Capture occurrences separately counts crosswalk-associated entry captures recorded against its carriers; a zero does not negate the recorded retained artifact. Neither measure is a coverage, quality, or trust score.
