WAVE5000

Historical governed-acquisition projection, preserved for audit.

Control-closure snapshot, recorded 2026-10-10: the WAVE5000-CONTROL-CLOSURE0 record established final acceptance from the retained evidence, with rank 4940 resolved and resume not authorized. This page is a dated audit record; for the live control posture see /collections/wave5000. The historical numbers below are preserved unchanged; on their own they are not current acceptance evidence.

Governed acquisition proof

Historical projection: 5,000 / 5,000 terminal source ranks

Counterpedia attempted a frozen 5,000-rank acquisition plan under governed admission, receipt issuance, retained-byte custody, and streaming independent verification.

The preserved projection records 2,938 captured ranks and 2,062 legitimate capture failures. These figures are historical read-model data; they do not establish current final acceptance.

Scale proof

The historical projection in six numbers

5,762
governed attempts

762 ranks required at least one retry.

2,938
captured

Captured outcomes recorded by the historical projection; not current acceptance evidence.

2,062
legitimate capture failures

Terminal acquisition failures kept separate from governance/integrity failures.

11,524 / 11,524
ARCS receipts verified

One admission and one outcome receipt for every governed attempt.

2,938 / 2,938
retained-byte checks

Historical projection records retained-byte verification for every projected captured outcome.

2 projected
historical reconciliation count

Preserved projection count. The control closure (2026-10-10) recorded both STOPs as resolved.

The interesting part

Verification stopped the run twice

A clean demo would have been less useful. Twice, opaque Ed25519 signature bytes happened to contain credential-shaped substrings. The verifier treated them as suspicious, stopped execution, and required a reviewed repair before the same run could continue.

historical reconciliation recorded

Local G13 signature false positive

The local G13 secret-marker scan matched random opaque Ed25519 signature bytes. The original STOP stayed in the ledger; a landed scanner repair reverified the exact receipts and retained bytes before append-only reconciliation.

Independent ARCS signature false positive

This historical projection recorded an ARCS signature false-positive reconciliation.

The historical projection is preserved without rewriting its counts or digests. The control closure (2026-10-10) is drawn from the retained evidence: a fresh acceptance run over the operative reconciliation journals resolved rank 4940. No resume was authorized.

Independent verification

Frozen verifier, successor-verifier projection

The historical projection records a frozen verifier and a successor verifier. That transition is retained here as historical read-model data; on its own it does not establish current acceptance. The control closure below binds the same successor verifier to a fresh acceptance run.

Frozen audit identity

Three digests preserve the historical projection

These SHA-256 values are preserved exactly from the historical projection. They are identifiers for that prior read model, not current final-acceptance authority. This page does not publish the local custody files themselves.

Control closure snapshot · 2026-10-10

Control closure from retained evidence

Acquisition code at the closure's recorded commit ran a fresh acceptance from 2026-10-10T08:31:32Z to 2026-10-10T09:13:34Z. It ran over the retained ledger and the operative named-lineage reconciliation and disposition journals. Its output is byte-identical to the historical final-acceptance projection. The historical execution ran before those journals reached their operative state, so the historical projection alone does not establish current closure. This record is a control record, not a receipt or new evidence.

Boundary

What this proof does not move

Acquisition and verification do not silently become admission, support, truth, publication, or external authority. The historical projection records each movement boundary as zero; the control closure authorizes no additional movement.
